A vibrant and expressive Ethiopian single origin with a naturally sweet and fruit-forward character. Guji Shakiso offers a lively cup with floral aromatics, bright citrus, and ripe berry notes, supported by a clean sweetness developed through its natural process.

Roasted to a medium profile, this coffee is versatile and works beautifully for both espresso and filter. As espresso, it delivers a sweet and juicy cup with pronounced berry notes, floral aromatics, and a refreshing citrus finish. As filter, the coffee becomes more delicate and expressive, highlighting its floral character, bright fruit acidity, and lingering sweetness.

The cherries are selectively handpicked and carefully dried on raised beds, helping preserve the distinctive fruit sweetness and floral qualities that Guji coffees are known for.
