Description:
A smooth and balanced Brazilian single origin from the Cerrado region, one of Brazil’s most consistent coffee-growing areas. Naturally processed and dried with the fruit intact, this lot develops a deeper sweetness, bringing out notes of chocolate, roasted nuts, soft spice, and caramel.
Cerrado coffees are known for their low acidity, full body, and rounded mouthfeel. Roasted to a medium profile, this coffee keeps its structure and sweetness without becoming too heavy, easy to drink, dependable, and especially suited for those who enjoy a smooth, comforting cup.
