Description:
A smooth and approachable Brazil-based blend crafted for cafés that want a lighter, easy-drinking cup profile without losing body or sweetness. Brazil Cerrado brings caramel-like sweetness, chocolate notes, and a rounded nutty base, while Brazil Castanhas adds darker chocolate depth, peanut candy sweetness, and a soft lingering finish.

Roasted to a medium profile, Bossanova Blend is our mildest blend compared to Equator and Induo. It is designed for cafés that prefer a gentler espresso with lower bitterness, smooth mouthfeel, and a familiar chocolatey-nutty character. It works well both black and with milk, especially for latte, cappuccino, iced latte, and customers who enjoy a softer, more balanced cup.
